WC-ARES - Texas

Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday at 7:00 PM at the Round Rock Fire Station No. 6, 2919 Joe DiMaggio Drive.  This is Round Rock's newest fire station and Joe DiMaggio Drive is so new it doesn't fully show up on this Google Map Link.  The Fire Station is at the 90 degree bend.  If you use the Street view and aim the view West you can see the Fire Station on the left.

Talk-in will be done on the 146.640 (Minus Offset, PL 162.2) Georgetown repeater. 

Driving and Parking instructions - East bound on HWY 79:

• Go East on HWY 79 until you get to the first traffic light at the Dell Diamond. (The entrance to Old Settler's Park).
• Make a U-turn and go West 2 blocks  (The first street/driveway does not have a sign).
• Turn to your right on Joe DiMaggio Drive.  (This is a wide, road).
• The Fire Station is at the end of the road on the left.
• Do NOT park in the parking lot, park along the street.  (Don't block the driveways to the Fire Station).

Driving and Parking instructions - West bound on HWY 79:

• Go West on HWY 79 until you pass the 2nd traffic light at the Dell Diamond. (The entrance to Old Settler's Park).
• Turn to your right on Joe DiMaggio Drive.  (This is a wide, divided median road).
• The Fire Station is at the end of the road on the left.
• Do NOT park in the parking lot, park along the street.  (Don't block the driveways to the Fire Station).
